These terms govern orders placed with Flourish Florist ('we', 'us', 'our') via flourishflorist.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

2. Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection options, areas and timings are set out in our Delivery Policy and Collection Policy. As flowers are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive delivery or that collection details are accurate — we are not responsible for deterioration caused by delays outside our control once an item has been delivered or collected.

3. Cancellations and returns

Because our flowers are made to order and perishable, the standard 14-day 'cooling-off' cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once we have begun preparing your order. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for full details on cancelling before preparation begins, and on damaged or faulty items.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
